Human Capital Solutions is working in partnership with a leading and international property consultancy, who are looking to appoint an Electrical Surveyor - Building Services, to join a new business unit and M&E division.
The role will sit within their hugely successful Building Consultancy division and will offer Electrical Engineering support to their Property Management, Building Surveying and Project Management teams.
The role will involve undertaking Electrical Asset Engineering, TDD, Dilapidation, PPM on all types of building services across their commercial offices and retail portfolios.
The role will also include tendering and administration of M&E maintenance contracts, auditing such contracts and providing day-to-day advice to the building management team on technical issues.
Additionally, the successful individual will provide project management, monitoring and performance specification advice for CapEx, lifecycle replacement, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
