I'm looking for an Intermediate Mechanical (Building Services) Design Engineer to join a leading, medium sized multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in London. This role will appeal to an ambitious Mechanical Design Engineer who is looking for a CIBSE approved Training and Development program, interesting projects and quick career progression.
We are working with a privately owned, global Building Services Design Consultancy to find them an Electrical Design Engineer for their London studio. Now approaching their 10 year anniversary they employ 55 staff in London and have a very flat management structure, a very social and relaxed working environment and offer flexible start and finish times.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a client facing Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to work on a range of both UK and international projects; current projects include hotels, high rise commercial offices, schools, museums and luxury resorts.
Reporting to a Chartered Electrical Associate you will be responsible for designing and coordinating electrical building services including lighting designs, power designs, fire detection & alarm, data communications, cable sizing, maximum demands, security, lightning protection.
This will include full designs, producing specifications and equipment schedules, producing project room data sheets, Coordination with other services, reviewing technical submissions, liaising with clients and architects and designing straight into Revit.
