As an Associate, you'll work closely with their directors and be responsible for leading a range of interesting projects across the UK and abroad. You'll become a key part of a connected and collaborative team comprising MEP Design Engineers, Building Physics Engineers, Revit Technicians, and Sustainability Engineers. Youll help mentor and manage a team of Mechanical Engineers (ranging from Graduate, Intermediate / Engineer, and Seniors) whilst also assisting in driving continuous innovation and best practices across the built environment.

As an early pioneer of using digital tools to improve the design process, BIM is ingrained in their DNA. They produce construction-level 3D models for design coordination and systems verification on most of their projects. However, on the flip side the majority of their staff can still sit with an architect or client and produce engaging concept sketches using a blank piece of paper and pencil.

Essential Requirements:
* 7 years' experience in a Mechanical design Engineer within the built environment.
* Degree qualified and preferably Chartered (CEng, MIET).
* Up-to-date knowledge of British Standards, and CIBSE guidelines, as well as CDM regulations.
* Good leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
* Broad range of project experience previous experience seeing projects through from concept to construction.

Electrical Associate - London - To £85K 9-day fortnight, clear progression to Director and interesting projects.

Due to planned growth and multiple project wins across the science and research, listed buildings, and education sectors, this consultancy are looking for an Electrical Associate.

Don't settle for less, here you'll enjoy a nine-day fortnight, enhanced 12% pension, 25 days leave and a hybrid policy of three days a week in the office and flexible working hours.

You'll become a key part of team of 30 MEP Design Engineers. This team size means they are large enough to compete against and win work from the much larger practices, yet small enough to still provide that dedicated level of personal services to their clients.

You'll work on a blend of both new build and complex refurbishment projects, with current projects ranging in value from £20M - £100M. Building Physics Consultant - To £40K Package

This specialist Sustainability Consultancy offers a turn-key integrated solution to their clients. They cover everything from Passivhaus studies, Dynamic Thermal Modelling, BREEAM and LEED, HVAC Design, Thermal Bridging studies, Airtight testing, Energy statements to Project Management and can even specify and supply a range of renewable energy technologies to use on projects.

Rather than just designing a project, they plan, manage and oversee the construction or refurbishment process and also provide POE's and measurement and verification of energy savings.

This is a hybird role; and they ask that you attend the office twice a week. You'll be responsible for helping their clients achieve low energy and low-cost buildings while improving occupant comfort and overall health and well-being.

Key tasks

• Building Physics modelling (Daylight, overheating studies, dynamic thermal modelling etc) of new build and complex refurbishment projects.
• Partnering with architects and helping bring their ideas and visions to life.

Senior Electrical Design Engineer - To £65K Package Support

Reporting to a supportive, friendly, and down to earth Electrical Associate, you'll use your own initiative to lead projects through RIBA Stages 2 - 4. As a Project Leader, you'll use your own initiative and planning skills to ensure all projects under your control are delivered on budget and on time. This will include producing concept and detailed design including calculations, schematics, drawings, diagrams, Amtech models, and specifications.

They operate a flat structure where the Directors and Associates all help the Principals, Seniors, and Engineers; and hence there are no big egos here. Mechanical (Building Services) Engineer - To £48K
