Sustainability / Building Physics Engineer - To £45K

Reporting to the Director of Environmental Design you'll take a lead role for their sustainability consulting services from the feasibility, through design and finally during the construction phases.
You'll undertake assessments for sustainable building certifications including BREEAM, Well or LEED and also carrying out Building Performance modelling and simulation using IES Virtual Environment.
You'll work with clients and develop bespoke sustainability strategies to ensure their developments achieve planning requirements and their overall sustainability goals are achieved.
Senior Sustainability Engineer - Life Cycle Assessments - To £55K

As part of their continued growth, an award winning MEP Building Services Consultancy are looking for an experienced BIM Leader for their London office. The BIM Manager will be responsible for the planning, design, delivery and operation of as-built assets which will include creating BIM Execution Plans that meet the Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs) and also providing an overseeing role for the Revit / BIM Team which is currently a team of six individuals.
You will also assist in the implementation of BIM across all the other offices and advise on current workflow, strategies, budgets, projects and resource levels to ensure flawless project delivery and the highest levels of client satisfaction.
As the BIM Leader / BIM Champion within the group you will provide and advise the board of Directors on training needs, emerging technologies, new tools and be responsible for managing your own P&L for BIM and Revit and also suggest when projects require additional services to be outsourced to one of our trusted partners or bureaus.
Given the nature of the role it is expected that the BIM Leader will have at least six years' experience in Building Services and have ideally worked for a contractor or developer and a consultancy. Previous experience in establishing BIM standards , templates and families is essential as is the willingness to roll your sleeves up and assist with supervising the work of the Revit Technicians when required.

A client and customer facing role, you will liaise between the Client (the 'Owner') and the ESCo Operator to ensure the Operators contractual and permitting obligations are met or exceeded and protect the Owners interest.
Employed by a global leader in Commercial Real Estate Services, you will act as the interface between the Owner, Managing Agent and ESCo Operator(s) during the handover phases of both the Secondary Energy Centre (SEC) and Main Energy Centre (NMEC) operations.
You will also monitor and report the delivery of the ESCo Operator's deliverables for all users groups across the estate at each critical phase of the handovers and subsequent steady state operations, ensuring that all relevant documentation and certification is in place and that a consistent and excellent level of service is provided by the ESCo operator.
Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate a deep understanding of energy technology (Energy Centre, distribution network, customer heat interface units). The ESCo Manager will be expected to deliver improvements across the energy assets to enhance the consumer experience, financial performance and long-term technical integrity of the energy centre.
We are looking for an individual educated to Degree level in Engineering or Energy Management that operates with a sense of pride, passion and integrity in their role and can demonstrate a relevant technical background with a hybrid skill set, combining commercial management with electrical/renewable engineering, and a track record in delivering projects.
You should enjoy leadership and enjoy credibility at senior level and have an ability to validate and analyse operational data and to present it transparently.
