Document Controller (M&E)

To £45k PAYE or Day Rate (Ltd Co)

I am looking to recruit an M&E Document Controller to work for a leading Building Services Contractor who have delivered high profile projects continuously enabling them to be perfectly situated  moving forward with a steady pipeline of secured work running into 2024/25.

Their London office is modern and conveniently situated in The City allowing easy access from all directions. Projects are scattered around London; your initial Projects will include a Data Centre and an Investment Bank.

You should be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge as a Document Controller within Building Services Engineering and be conversant with Procore and 4projects software.

This role is immediate and permanent and can be paid either PAYE or via a Limited Company.

Mechanical Project Manager

Working for a progressive, privately owned M&E Sub-Contractor who are undergoing steady and structured growth boasting a pipeline of secured work running into 2025.

As Project Manager, you will be site based on a Commercial Shell & Core and be responsible to the delivery of this “cut & carve” valued at £1m.

Further opportunities will follow in London & The Southeast, working on high profile projects alongside key Clients, you will be supported and encouraged by the owners for continued career development.

The business prides itself on staff retention, you should be able to provide a stable employment history with a good track record of delivering projects from inception to handover.

Mechanical Project Manager - London

£ Excellent Salary / Day Rate

This Client has demonstrated their resilience during a tough 2020. They did not make any redundancies, remained active and continued to deliver projects within Healthcare and Commercial.

Privately owned, the Directors and owners are visible on a daily basis playing an integral role in the development of the business where turnover is stable and profit margins are increasing. They offer Clients an excellent and thorough service, this is backed up by the consistency of repeat business.

With a healthy pipeline of recently secured work, they are keen to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to take the full P&L on Projects in London typically up to £10m. You will be fully supported and encouraged to further your career.

You will have a stable employment history demonstrating the delivery of Projects circa. £5/10m.

Your rewards will include a salary (PAYE) or a day rate could be made available.
