Responsibilities typically include
Project Planning & Coordination:
Collaborating with design and project teams to integrate BMS requirements within overall M&E systems and ensuring timely delivery of BMS-related tasks.
System Design & Specification:
Developing specifications and selecting appropriate BMS components that align with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.
Installation & Quality Control:
Overseeing the installation and commissioning of BMS equipment, conducting site inspections, and ensuring high standards are maintained.
Technical Troubleshooting & Support:
Identifying and resolving technical issues, providing guidance to the team, and acting as the main technical point of contact for BMS-related queries.
Vendor & Client Liaison:
Working closely with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure BMS solutions are tailored to meet project goals, from initial design through to handover.
Compliance & Documentation:
