They primarily work within Commercial & Financial buildings providing fast track fit-out and Refurbishment up to £25m (M&E). This space represents approximately 2/3 rds. of their turnover. Other sectors include Commercial Shell & Core, Healthcare, Hotels & Leisure and Education.
Working from modern, spacious offices within a few minutes’ walk from the station, they are keen to engage with a Mechanical Estimator who can demonstrate a stable employment history preparing and submitting Mechanical tenders independently from £4-10m.
I am keen to speak with a Mechanical Estimator who is seeking the opportunity to achieve Estimating Manager within a balanced and secure environment.
My Client has undergone significant structured growth and find themselves very well positioned in the market with a stable turnover that pleases the board, so the focus has been identified to increase profit margins.
You will be accountable for managing the Estimation and Pre-Construction delivery function whilst working closely with the Commercial and Operational teams who will evaluate and manage all contractual, commercial and technical risk within the tender process and upon contract award manage risk and optimise profitability through the pre-construction handover process.
My Client has excelled within the Building Services market for over 60 years, being recognised for delivering high profile projects typically within Mission Critical, complex Mixed-Use, Banking, Finance and large Commercial schemes.
To strengthen their Estimating team, they are keen to appoint a Mechanical Estimator who can take ownership of an enquiry from inception and submit a fully prepared Mechanical tender
You should be able to demonstrate this, coupled with a stable employment history working on tenders typically up to £40m.
