As Project Manager, you will be site based on a Commercial Shell & Core and be responsible to the delivery of this “cut & carve” valued at £1m.

Further opportunities will follow in London & The Southeast, working on high profile projects alongside key Clients, you will be supported and encouraged by the owners for continued career development.

As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Commercial Manager, working closely with the Project team administrating Projects typically up to £20m (M&E).

Requirements

  • Stable employment history gained with Building Services Sub-Contractors.
  • Previous experience working as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor demonstrating a thorough knowledge with all post contract duties including Valuations, Bills of Quantities, Final Accounts, Variations and NEC Contracts.
  • Experience in Mechanical & Electrical Services including Generators, UPS and Critical Facilities.
  • Flexibility to travel.
