Due to growth, we would like to meet a potential Candidate Attraction Consultant to join the team as soon as possible to support two very busy hybrid Permanent and Contract desks.
Ideally, you'll be the type of individual who doesn't need to, or want to be micro managed and can achieve against expectations and targets. As a business we value a hard-working attitude, consistent integrity and perseverance, we are looking for someone who can confidently display these qualities. We are seeking an individual who is excellent at building and maintaining relationships and is able to manage their own time. Working closely with the two Directors, as our first dedicated "permanent hire" we are looking for someone who wants to build a long term career and work with us, rather than just working for us.
The office is based in the City of London, however as a team we split our working time between the office and home. Although you will be expected to work from the office at times, your working week will be largely based at home and we can support a 3, 4 or a 5 day per week basis with flexible working hours.
In addition to a generous basic salary, you'll also be rewarded with a quarterly and annual bonus (objective focussed), ongoing training and development, an annual overseas trip (when it's safe to do so), regular team building and social activities (pre-pandemic this included all sorts of activities such as escape rooms, team meals, mini-golf, curling, pool/darts, cocktail making, and trips away etc).
As the Candidate Attraction Consultant, you'll work with the Directors to manage and deliver candidate resourcing projects, developing and collating lists of candidates suitable for specific vacancies, which would include using LinkedIn, job boards and our internal database to identify potential candidates, conducting the initial telephone screening of candidates, interviewing the shortlisted candidates online and then providing a short overview to the Directors along with your opinion as to whether the candidates suitability to our current job opportunities.
Responsibilities will also include all referencing and on boarding of candidates, posting job adverts, assisting with our social media presence and generating candidate referrals. This will also entail updating candidates CV's on our database and ensuring all their information is up to date and compliant and also making suggestions in terms of how we can improve our "Candidate Experience" which is something at the heart of our business.
- Salary £28,000 (for a 5 day working week, pro rata for 3 or 4 days).

Experience & Attributes:
- Previous Agency Recruitment or Internal Recruitment experience
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Used to working to deadlines created by demand
- Confident telephone manner
- Comfortable Interviewing individuals either over Teams / Zoom and in person.

Independently owned Building Services Contractor boasting a healthy pipeline of secured projects including a high portfolio of repeat business from Clients who have returned for over 50 years.
The Directors and shareholders are visible daily and play an integral role with developing and maintaining a highly successful and profitable business.
The office is modern and owned outright providing extra stability where staff average over 15 years’ service.
Training and CPD is strongly supported, many individuals within the business have progressed from Apprentices to fulfil their career paths.
Working alongside a Senior Estimator, reporting to the Commercial Manager assessing new business opportunities, preparation of responses, onward negotiation, mobilisation & handover of successful tenders within Building Services M&E Service & Maintenance. Also, ongoing review of existing contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities to include:
You will have 2-4 years’ experience within the M&E Maintenance sector, within a similar Estimating role.
Proven track record with bid estimating and project management delivering technical projects.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to analyse complex data and an ability to present proposals both internally and external.
Proven track record of profitable / winning bids and good time management and experience of working to tender deadlines.
