Established over 25 years ago, this independently owned, building surveying, project management and construction consultancy set up a new MEP offering in 2023. They operate from three offices across the UK and have a secured pipeline of interesting and varied projects across London and the Southeast of England.
After a very profitable first year of offering MEP Design and Surveying Services, they are now looking for an additional Electrical Engineer for their office near Moorgate.

In addition to Electrical Design, you'll also develop new skills in client advisory services such as, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, TDD (Technical Due Diligence), Condition Surveys, PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and Dilapidation Surveys.
You'll have full autonomy and control over your projects and use your own initiative and experience to drive projects forward. However, you will have direct access to the Electrical Director who will always be happy to provide support, guidance, and input when you need it.
Requirements
- Degree qualified and at least three years' experience working for a building services, multi-disciplinary engineering, or property consultancy.
- Previous experience seeing projects through to completion.
- Digitally savvy, familiar with a range of building services software such as Revit, Trible MEP (Amtech) and either Dialux or Relux.
