Electrical Associate - To £85K Package Purpose

As an Electrical Associate with at least 10 years' experience in the built environment, you know how to lead projects, can lead a team, and can cultivate relationships with clients.

You've worked on a variety of projects over your career and have seen a number of these through their full project lifecycle.

You're fairly happy in your current role, however, are not 100% sure if your values, goals, and purpose still align, with the future direction that your current employer is heading in.

Here, as an Electrical Associate you'll enjoy working in a truly connected and collaborative team of MEP Design Engineers, Building Physics Engineers, Revit Technicians and Sustainability Engineers, towards a common goal.

Their purpose is to design innovative, low energy buildings that help the people that occupy them and the communities that surround them.

Whether it is helping design a new school in a developing country, retrofitting a museum to become more energy efficient or exploring the use of hydrogen and battery storage technologies on a mixed-use development, you'll enjoy helping people.

You'll mentor and manage a team of five Electrical Engineers and work alongside the founding Partners to continue to drive innovation and best practice across the built environment.

You'll enjoy working in a friendly team, whilst you maintain a healthy work life balance and have a clear path to Partner (either salary Partner or Equity Partner).
