The Directors of this Contractor offer a wealth of Building Services knowledge, this is clearly demonstrated by the repeat business regularly secured from key clients.

You will have full autonomy and accountability for your Project, predominately site based supported by your Engineering / Site Team and Directors in the background should you need further support.

Allowing you to take full ownership, career opportunities and development are high, you will be strongly supported to progress.

Projects are predominately within the London Commercial Fit-out space and the “sweet spot” is circa. £500k, although some Projects have previously been delivered at £1.5m (Mechanical & Public Health) and there could be opportunities to potentially be involved in some around the £1m mark.

Other sectors have included Education where during the “Summer Shutdown”, Heating and Boiler replacements have been common in schools around The South-East.

You will be a Mechanical Project Manager who can demonstrate a good understanding in delivering Retrofit / Fit-out Projects typically around £100k - £1m covering all aspects of the job from inception to Hand over / Commissioning.
