Mechanical Associate - To £80K Package
I'm looking for a reliable Mechanical Associate who can work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and lead £50M - £150M projects from feasibility to handover. They are a medium sized, privately owned business that pride themselves on staff development and retention, quality of project delivery and client satisfaction.
This role will suit an experienced Mechanical Associate who enjoys being involved in design, (not just managing), enjoys mentoring a team and is used to maintaining key client relationships.
Given the nature of the role it's likely that you will have at least ten years' experience in the building services industry, can manage people and can lead a project independently from the initial meeting, through design and handover.
In return they offer quick progression to Director (realistically within two years), an interesting range of commercial office, healthcare, major residential and mixed-use projects; and a basic salary in the region of £70 - £80K Package.
Mechanical Associate Director - To £85K Package Profit Share.
I'm looking for a Chartered Mechanical Associate Director with at least 10 years' experience in Building Services for a high profile, global MEP Consultancy in London.
This role will suit a Mechanical Associate Director who enjoys the design process and wants to genuinely contribute creating a more sustainable Built Environment and a regenerative society.

You will also assist with managing workload, mentoring a team, monitoring the installation quality of electrical services and maintaining key client relationships.

Given the nature of the role it's likely that you will have at least eight years' experience in the building services industry, can manage people and mange projects and are able to lead a project independently from the initial meeting, through design and finally during construction.

MEP CAD Technician - To £30K Package
I have an excellent opportunity for a MEP CAD Technician with at least two years' experience.
Please note, in order to be considered it is essential that you have at least two years' experience working for either a building services or multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. You must have a good understanding of MEP, be able to manage your own time and be able to start within 6 weeks.
MEP CAD Technician - To £30K
I'm delighted to be working with the Partner of an award-winning MEP Design studio based in London to find them an M&E CAD Technician.
The role has been created due to planned growth and you will benefit from working in a team of experienced Engineers on a variety of high profile commercial office, hotel and mixed-use developments across London.
You will be responsible for freeing up the Engineers time by taking CAD away from them; assisting with technical document control, reviewing specifications, implementing CAD standards. Once you pass your probation you will be trained to us Revit MEP and will also be given additional responsibilities such as arranging CPD's, attending client and site meetings and if you show an aptitude for design, be trained to use either IES or Amtech.
