You will work with a progressive and stable Tier 1 MEP Contractor boasting an excellent pipeline of secured M&E Projects running beyond 2027. Working within a business that prides itself on staff retention, testament to the ongoing development and support offered and encouraged by the Directors.
Site based at Heathrow initially working Night Shifts (8:30pm – 5am) on an ongoing Framework scheme that can keep you occupied for over 5 years offering Free Parking.
Attending nightly Pre-start meetings with the Main Contractor, you will read and understand the scope of works, drawings and project documents, demonstrating good communication skills with a positive team attitude and ability to motivate labour.
Taking control and making on the spot decisions during the night shift whilst carrying out Health and safety inspections and delivery Toolbox talks.

In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule, working from the office, site, or home. A typical week may include 1 day in the office, 2 days on-site, and 2 days working remotely. No micromanagement—just full independence and the support required to deliver successful projects.

As the Main Contractor, you'll report directly to the Client, managing Sub-Contractors on projects that typically range from £50k to £3m, with the majority falling between £1-2m.
