Attending nightly Pre-start meetings with the Main Contractor, you will read and understand the scope of works, drawings and project documents, demonstrating good communication skills with a positive team attitude and ability to motivate labour.
Taking control and making on the spot decisions during the night shift whilst carrying out Health and safety inspections and delivery Toolbox talks.
