As an Electrical Building Services Project Engineer, possessing a reputable industry qualification (HND/Degree) and a track record in handling projects upwards of £10 million, particularly in Mission Critical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences sectors with esteemed Building Services Contractors, you'll find yourself perfectly positioned for success. Proficiency in Commissioning and a knack for navigating EPMS/BMS Systems will be highly advantageous, complemented by your adeptness in all facets of Electrical Engineering Services.
Under the guidance of a Project Manager, your responsibilities will span from assisting with Project Engineering and Design Development to crafting and presenting Technical Submittals for approval. Engage in seamless collaboration with Vendors, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, and Specialist Designers to ensure the seamless specification, validation, and value engineering of products and equipment destined for the project's success.

Your initial projects are 2 leading landmark schemes in The City of London. A new-build specialised Laboratory and Commercial building for the Life-Sciences sector and a sustainable, adaptable and healthy new workplace offering high end Commercial space, on prominent sites in the heart of the city. There is no “micro-managing” here, you will take full ownership but also have the support of the Directors if required. Typical duties include Final Accounts, Variations, Valuations, Bills of Quantities and Financial Reports.
You should be able to demonstrate a stable employment history working as a Senior Building Services MEP Quantity Surveyor with an established Building Services Contractor.
