Claire has been working in recruitment for 19 years and 4 of those years were spent running the Architectural team at Eden Brown. For the last 10 years, Claire has taken on an Operational role across multiple recruitment businesses and in July 2019 she joined the team at Human Capital Solutions as Head of Operations. This role is about improving processes often with the introduction of automation, systems and training. Claire is an accredited Inclusive+ Recruiter and is committed to ensuring diverse and inclusive recruitment practices within Human Capital Solutions and supporting our clients on their own journeys towards making change within their organisations.
