£48000 - £55000 per annum clear progression great culture hybrid

Mechanical Design Engineer - To £55K clear progression, diverse UK and international projects and a great culture.

Established by a former AECOM Regional Director, this Building Services and Sustainability consultancy offers the best of both worlds. The close knit and friendly vibe of a small company with the added bonus that you'll still get to design large flagship projects across London, the UK, Northern Europe and North America. They have a good structure, established processes in place and a comprehensive employee benefits package including up to 43 days annual paid leave.

You'll join a team of friendly MEP Design Engineers, Sustainability Engineers and Revit Technicians and work on projects that are both interesting and complex. Their structured training and development program will ensure you become a well-rounded Building Services Engineer and you'll also develop a better undersyanding of PH Design, evidence-based Building Physics, and best practice Sustainable Design.

Reporting to either a Senior Mechanical Engineer or an Associate, you'll help design low or zero carbon new build developments, and also get involved in the decarbonisation of existing buildings and promote a circular economy.

You'll help tackle the climate emergency and enjoy working directly with end user clients, developers and inhouse and external architects. You'll benefit from a varied role consisting of both offices based and site-based duties, and plenty of autonomy.

Having already achieved amazing growth and recognition in the industry over the past decade, their next five-year plan looks even more impressive. It's a great time to join as they have the right senior leadership team in place, loyal and committed clients and a very switched on and energetic team of Engineers who can continue to design and deliver exceptional projects.
