Job Description

Mechanical Associate - Up to £80K Package

Tired of waiting for that promotion to Associate? Enjoy working closely with signature architects, on a blend of UK and international projects?

Due to planned growth and securing several new projects this medium sized Building Services Engineering Consultancy is looking for an additional Mechanical Associate. With offices in London and Europe, youll thrive in their supportive team environment, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and have a clear path to Director in the future.

As an Associate, you'll work closely with their directors and be responsible for leading a range of interesting projects across the UK and abroad. You'll become a key part of a connected and collaborative team comprising MEP Design Engineers, Building Physics Engineers, Revit Technicians, and Sustainability Engineers. They produce construction-level 3D models for design coordination and systems verification on most of their projects. However, on the flip side the majority of their staff can still sit with an architect or client and produce engaging concept sketches using a blank piece of paper and pencil.

It's also really encouraging that their founding principals of quality, staff retention, and innovation remain core values and that they promote a good work life balance.

You'll enjoy collaborating in a team of around 30 experts, who all share the same passion for designing innovative, low-energy buildings.

Essential Requirements:
* 7 years' experience in a Mechanical design Engineer within the built environment.
* Degree qualified and preferably Chartered (CEng, MIET).
* Up-to-date knowledge of British Standards, and CIBSE guidelines, as well as CDM regulations.

As soon as you walk in their brand-new office, everything just feels right.

The warm welcome from the Directors and Associates, the stunning office overlooking Finsbury Circus and the overall office vibe, it all just felt right.
