You will be a M&E Project Manager who can demonstrate a stable employment history having previously delivered key Residential schemes displaying a thorough knowledge of all Building Services disciplines.
You will assume responsibility for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) needs throughout the site development process. Your role entails ensuring the delivery of secure, streamlined, and budget-conscious solutions, all while upholding exceptional work quality and customer service standards within specified timelines.
Other typical duties will include, managing the development of Design, supporting the Commercial team reviewing all packages, implementing HSE procedures, conforming to Building Regulations warranty providers’
requirements (NHBC, LABC Services) and ensuring the Testing and Commissioning is coordinated and considered for the development and for the handovers.
