MEP Design Manager / MEP Project Manager - Client-side role - Up to £80K Package

I'm keen to speak with any Degree qualified and Chartered, Principal or Associate level Mechanical Engineers who are ready to step into a client-side role.

The role is with a large global property developer and you would be responsible for managing the MEP elements on a well-publicised £2B mixed-use waterfront development.

Reporting to the overall Development Director you will be responsible for minimising the risks, ensuring the programme and quality is maintained, managing the M&E design consultants, supervising the quality of the M&E contractors installations and advising the QS team on all commercial aspects relating to the mechanical, electrical and public health installations.

    Requirements

    • 3 years' experience in HVAC design, within a consultancy environment.
    • Able to produce calculations, specifications, and technical reports (typically for RIBA Stages 2-4a)
    • Previous experience leading smaller projects.
    • Advanced knowledge of HVAC and an awareness of CHP, Energy Networks, District Heating, Operational Energy and Passivhaus or BREEAM.
