A unique opportunity to work within an innovative working environment on a cutting-edge Hyperscale Data Centre, one of the first of its kind. It will be powered by Renewable Energy; this Client is fully supportive and has pledged to source Renewable Energy for its Data Centers and offices around the clock by 2030.
You will join the project from day one, be site based providing Administrative support to the Directors of a leading Tier 1 Building Services MEP Contractor playing an integral part of this £500m+ build that will keep you busy into 2027 and beyond.
Duties will include and not be limited to:
- Overseeing Document Controllers ensuring all paperwork is up to date and accurate.
- Front Desk Operations managing calls and greeting and assisting visitors.
- Facility Coordination, monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, oversee cleanliness and organization of common areas.
- You will be conversant with BIM 360
- Organising and managing Director’s diaries

Due to succession planning, I'm looking for an Electrical Director for an M&E design consultancy based in Hertfordshire.
Working alongside the Founding Director, you'll be the Lead Electrical Engineer on projects, and manage and mentor the wider team of electrical engineers.
Typically partnering with architects you'll design buildings that are simple to utilise, intelligent controls, renewables, PV's and BMS. You'll review the electrical designs for distribution, lighting, small power, fire alarms, smart metering, as well as standby power generation on the larger projects.
Rather than getting stuck on only one or two large projects a year, here you'll get involved in around 20 projects a year including museums, offices, schools, theatres, artist studios, universities, churches and mixed-use developments.
