You'll deepen your understanding of Mechanical Design by working client-side in commercial property sector and access to this experience will set you apart from your peers in Design Consultancy.
With an established team of experienced M&E Engineers, from which to continue your leaning and development. There is structured training to CEng and a clear route to progress to Senior level and beyond.
- An in-depth knowledge of Building Services practices, procedures, and standards with particular focus on full Mechanical Buildings Services Design and Project Management.
- a passion for decarbonisation and design of Net Zero systems.
- Knowledge of the BIM process and the built environment would be advantageous.
- The ability to work as part of a team or autonomously, with excellent team skills and strong attention to detail.

Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme. Supervise project works on site, workmanship and testing.
You will also learn how to undertake professional M&E Technical Due Diligence surveys, dilapidations, and audits/reports.

As a small MEP and Sustainability Consultancy with eight permanent MEP staff, yes you will be busy, however, it will be manageable as they never take on more work than they can deliver and never enter a "fastest race to the bottom" bidding war against other consultants for project work.
