M&E Building Services Project Manager
€120/130k & Full Overseas Package
Amsterdam – Netherlands

You will work with a Data Centre Champion who possess an extremely healthy pipeline of Turnkey Projects within the Mission Critical space throughout Europe running into 2027.

The Directors have remained “hands on” from day 1 ensuring staff are fully backed certifying smooth and efficient project delivery within time and budget.

Covering CSA and MEP Building Services, this Client delivers the whole package from inception to completion and will often work as a Principal Contractor.

Based in the vibrant city of Amsterdam you will take complete ownership ensuring efficient and effective engineering and innovation performance shaping of the program and delivery of this prominent Data Centre.

Duties will include:

  • Developing Project Planning Strategies - collaborating with the project teams to manage and motivate them.
  • Manage, track and develop plans for project costs, budgets, project labour, commissioning procedures and project performance.
  • Direct the set up for the project, making sure that best practice meeting and reporting documentation and schedules are implemented from the outset.
  • Continuous engagement with key project stakeholders such as Client and Design Teams to ensure project performance.
  • Oversee ongoing client satisfaction with the project, especially in terms of cost, scope, and timescales.
  • Proactively monitor the project's health & safety processes as well as the team's culture and behaviours
  • Monitor and ensure the quality targets are achieved and exceeded on the project.

You will be rewarded with a good basic salary circa. €120/130k, you will also be provided with return flights following a work rotation of 2 weeks on, accommodation on sole occupancy, weekly living allowance of €160.

Working in The Netherlands, you will also be included in the 30% ruling working where you can reimburse certain costs by receiving part of your salary tax-free.
