Electrical Technical Advisor (Client Side) - London to £75K Annual Bonus Pension Medical

A Property Consultancy that has developed full technical in-house capability, with a fully integrated and established M&E Design & Projects Team. The team provides expert guidance on building engineering system performance and sustainability.
The role will see you seconded to one of their most prestigious in a Electrical Technical Advisory role on mainly commercial office projects across the EMEA region, which are run from the UK office.
Working from home and in London when required, setting up stage 1&2 project design and then overseeing outsourced consultant designs on multi-phase office refurbs, cat B fit outs, plant replacement projects and all manner of reports and investigations.
Site visits are a portion of the role but essentially the role involves defining the projects and then monitoring the external M&E Consultant on behalf of the client.
