Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services - (Residential)
Site Based – Surrey (Kingston)
To £80k, Pension, Bonus, 25 Days Holiday
There is no better time to join this privately owned M&E Contractor who have identified immediate plans for sustained and structured growth.
You will play an integral part moving forward with a business boasting various active projects in London & The South and a pipeline for future work looking extremely positive.
With a steady turnover of £30m, the owners are not strictly focused on just increasing turnover, but with recent appointments including an Operations Director and Senior Estimator, diversifying and fine tuning existing sectors and profit margins.
Your initial Project will be based in Kingston Upon Thames. Site based working alongside the Pre-Construction team managing over 200 units with a Mechanical value of £6.5m. With the 2nd phase already within Design stage, there is a great chance this project will expand to 1000 units.
You will be paid a salary circa. £75/80k depending on experience.
Pension (4%).
Bonus (Based on Company and Individual profit / performance).
25 Days Annual Holiday.
Healthcare (Being finalised and in place by January).
