The Opportunity:

Your Role:
As a key player, you’ll contribute to diverse M&E packages, leveraging your mechanical bias to support the company’s expanding portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the bid team to advise on upcoming projects.
- Preparing scopes of work and demarcation drawings to avoid scope gaps.
- Attending design meetings and conducting site surveys.
- Overseeing health and safety plans and approving RAMS for building services.
- Providing technical expertise on mechanical, electrical, and public health services.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Services Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Experience writing scopes of works and managing multi-service M&E projects.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid CSCS card.
