An opportunity to join the senior leadership team of a financially secure Building Services Consultancy undergoing structured growth following continued project success.
I’m looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer who has progressed beyond simply delivering designs and is comfortable leading people, projects and client relationships.
You’ll take responsibility for a team of M&E Building Services Engineers while overseeing multiple projects, resources, fees, design delivery and project performance.
The consultancy has excellent staff retention and works alongside highly respected Architects across High-End Residential and Private Villas, complex Mixed-use developments, Private Studios and Hotels.
This is a senior role where you’ll have genuine influence within the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll ideally offer 10+ years’ Building Services experience, be Chartered through CIBSE/IMechE and have a proven track record of team leadership, project delivery and client management.
You’ll also be comfortable managing project finances and resources, with experience using IES, AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
