Excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to deliver a high-profile Commercial Fit-Out project comprising three buildings in West London. There are approximately 24 weeks remaining on the current project, with a strong pipeline of secured work to follow across Commercial, Data Centre and Mixed-Use developments throughout London.
This is a permanent position, with the flexibility to be paid either PAYE (salary) or on a day-rate basis through a Limited Company (outside IR35).
My client is an established, privately owned M&E Contractor with visible Directors who remain actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. They are financially strong, have an excellent reputation within the industry, and have attracted senior leadership from Tier 1 contractors to support their continued, controlled growth.
