I’m working with an established and highly innovative business looking to strengthen its dedicated HVAC Design team.
Unlike a traditional consultancy, they design, install, commission and maintain everything in-house, providing Engineers with exposure to the complete project lifecycle across retrofit, refurbishment and decarbonisation schemes.
Employing around 100 people, the company has received multiple awards for innovation and energy efficiency, including recognition at the CIBSE Building Performance Awards.
You’ll work across HVAC and Mechanical Design while gaining exposure to technologies including heat pumps, controls, automation, decarbonisation, AI and machine learning.
The flexibility is genuine. Typically, you’ll spend just 1–2 days per week in the office or on site, with 2–3 days working from home.
Financially, the package is equally interesting, with two forms of profit share potentially providing approximately £10k–£25k annually, plus an additional tax-free EOT bonus of up to £3,600.
At Intermediate level, you’ll receive excellent technical support and development. At Senior level, you’ll take greater ownership of projects and contribute to the continued development of the Design team.
