You will help shape the strategic direction of the business unit while providing technical expertise across the full lifecycle of building services assets and infrastructure.
As an Associate, you will lead the delivery of technical advisory and building services consultancy projects across a diverse client portfolio. You will provide expert guidance on the design, operation and optimisation of mechanical and electrical systems, undertaking technical investigations, root cause analysis, design reviews and defect assessments. You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical reports, specifications and recommendations that help clients improve performance, reliability and compliance across their estates.
You will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring technical quality, programme delivery and commercial objectives are achieved. The role will involve assessing building and asset performance, identifying opportunities for operational optimisation, energy efficiency and carbon reduction, as well as developing lifecycle replacement strategies, capital expenditure plans and maintenance programmes. You will also undertake due diligence surveys, engineering inspections and support procurement and contract monitoring activities.
