This isn’t simply another Associate position.

I’m working with an established, highly profitable Employee-Owned MEP & Sustainability Consultancy looking for someone who could ultimately become part of the succession plan for the business.

The current MD is approaching retirement. The intention is to appoint someone initially at Associate level, integrate them into the senior leadership team and provide a genuine opportunity to potentially succeed him.

The consultancy employs around 55 people, including approximately 45 MEP Engineers and a dedicated 10-person Sustainability team. They deliberately remain around this size but work with major UK property clients and deliver projects that would normally be associated with much larger practices.
