This isn’t simply an Associate vacancy.

The current MD is approaching retirement and we are looking to bring someone into the business who can initially join at Associate level, become an integral part of the leadership team and, importantly, have a clear path to potentially succeed him.

The consultancy is an established, highly profitable Employee-Owned MEP & Sustainability practice of around 55 people. They deliberately remain at this size, but punch considerably above their weight in terms of clients and projects.

• 45 MEP Engineers plus a dedicated 10-person Sustainability team
• Strong focus on low-energy, sustainable and Net Zero design
• Long-standing frameworks with major UK property clients
• Excellent staff retention, with many employees staying 5–10+ years
