You will demonstrate a strong track record of team leadership and delivering profitable, high-quality projects where you have previously lead and mentored a team, managing multiple projects whilst taking full responsibility for design delivery, resources, and client relationships.

This Client boasts excellent staff retention and financial stability, currently undergoing structured growth due to their recent successes in delivering high quality services on a variety of projects collaborating with highly respected Architects on High End Residential and Private Villas, complex Mixed-use developments, Private Studios and Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of M&E Building Services Engineers
• Act as Project Lead across multiple schemes (design, coordination, delivery)
• Oversee fees, resources, and project performance across the team
• Drive technical excellence and innovative design solutions
• Build strong client relationships and represent the business externally
• Support business growth through networking and new opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in Building Services Engineering
• Chartered (CIBSE / IMechE)
• Strong leadership, project delivery, and client-facing skills
• Proven experience managing teams, resources, and project finances
• Proficient in IES, AutoCAD, and Revit / BIM
