Senior Mechanical Engineer – To £60K + best of old school and new school methods

With over around 10 years experience in Building Services you’ve seen projects through; and learnt from mistakes. You’re are expert in HVAC and have a good appreciation for Electrical, Fire and PH.

From a quick walk around a site, you’ll know where the weak links are and how to solve them. You can identify problems and risks early in a project; and deal with them within the allocated time and budget.

You appreciate the importance of balancing technical ability, project & financial management, whilst providing outstanding service to clients. You enjoy mentoring and developing the up-and-coming engineers and want to share what you’ve learnt with them.

You are digitally savvy, can work through a Revit model; and appreciate the value of hybrid working.

However, you can still sit in front of an architect with a blank piece of paper and sketch out a concept and help bring their ides to life.
