The Role

You’ll join as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, taking ownership of multi-million-pound projects from cradle to grave. You’ll help drive technical standards, shape how projects are delivered, and mentor the next generation of Electrical Engineers coming through.

Expect project variety, including mission-critical, commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and life sciences projects, often working directly with end-clients. You’ll be involved from feasibility right through to completion and post-occupancy, acting as design lead and promoting a high standard of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering electrical building services design.
• Confident in leading teams and developing more junior engineers.
• Strong track record delivering all project stages, with a focus on quality and coordination.
• Proficient with digital engineering tools: Revit, ElectricalOM / ProDesign, Trimble, and Dialux.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
