Due to growth, they are now looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer for their London studio.
Someone who can lead projects and inspire technically, commercially, and culturally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading mechanical design across a variety of commercial office fit-outs, schools, theaters, residential buildings, hotels, and major decarbonization schemes.
- Managing major projects from early stage through to delivery on site (RIBA Stages 2-6).
- Supporting and mentoring engineers from Graduate to Senior level.
- Collaborating closely with their Electrical, PH, and Sustainability teams to deliver considered, coordinated design solutions.
- Driving innovation, everything from developing new tools to workflow improvements, with full IP ownership and support.
- Using Revit, H2X, and Bluebeam to develop and review technical content.

- An experienced Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer, ideally with experience in consultancy.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and passionate about mentoring others.
- Strategic in your thinking and consistent in your project delivery.
