Led by hands-on and highly respected Mechanical Directors, this building services consultancy is now looking for a Head of Electrical Engineering.

It’s the ideal role for someone who wants to shape and grow the electrical side of the business with full backing and a clear path to Associate.

They’re after someone reliable, personable, and confident leading projects from concept to completion. Someone who gets the technical details but also understands the importance of building trust and maintaining communication with clients.

As a Principal Electrical Engineer you’ll enjoy working on a range of projects, including high-rise residential towers, schools, healthcare, hotels, and mixed-use developments.

What they’re looking for:

• 6+ years in a building services consultancy
• Currently operating as an Electrical Design Engineer
• Comfortable running projects across RIBA Stages 2-4
• Confident communicator with architects and clients
• Previous experience mentoring junior engineers
