MEP Project Quantity Surveyor
PAYE – Circa. £110k / Limited Company – Circa. £450 Day Rate – You choose!
You will be an M&E Quantity Surveyor demonstrating a strong presence within Building Services who can work on their own initiative as you will take responsibility for 2-3 Projects. You will be joining a practice that will present quality projects, ensuring your success and elevating your career.
If you want to move away from a regimented workplace, not being given the freedom or feel you are stuck in a rut and not progressing then this role is for you.
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will take full ownership of your work but have daily access to the Owners and other Directors who really will give you their backing and support.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 50 years the Directors have developed an excellent relationship of delivering Projects well within timescale with good margins and have built an excellent relationship with Clients where repeat business and referrals form a majority of their work. Due to selected tendering and the firm relationships that have been established with Clients and Management Contractors, they have recently been awarded a few new Projects so what better time is there to be a part of this growth.
