We are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong track record in Building Services Engineering, delivering projects in the £15m–£25m range.

This role offers full ownership of a flagship £25m healthcare scheme in Surrey, ideally located with excellent access to major motorways and mainline rail links. The project is already underway and will run through to the end of 2027, providing long-term stability and continuity.

You will be joining a leading, well-established contractor recognised for delivering high-value M&E projects (£10m–£100m+) across sectors including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Mission Critical, Commercial, and Mixed-Use developments throughout London and Europe.
