Mechanical Project Manager – Flagships Projects – South Coast
What would you do with an extra 10 -12 hours a week
Working locally makes it possible, gaining a better work–life balance, local projects offer a genuine alternative to the London commute.
I’m working with a financially secure MEP contractor in the South, part of a national group but operating with strong regional autonomy and a Hampshire-focused workload where their ethos is to put back into the local community.
They deliver technically complex MEP projects (£2m–£7m, up to £14m) across MOD, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors. The focus is on bespoke engineering rather than volume work.
Competitive (often market-leading) packages, clear leadership, office-based working, and strong long-term stability.
This is a strong opportunity for someone currently delivering at a competitor who wants better projects, clearer leadership, and long-term stability, without constant travel or London-centric work.
