This is a key appointment within the pre-construction team. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will take ownership on high-value, technically complex building services bids, playing a direct role in winning work and shaping project strategy from the outset.
Experience within the Mission Critical / Data Centre sector is highly desirable and will put you at the forefront of some of the most technically challenging projects in the UK market.
Leading Mechanical tenders and detailed cost plans
Producing accurate, competitive estimates across varied sectors and project values
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Building strong relationships with the supply chain and negotiating best value
Contributing to value engineering, risk management, and bid strategy
Supporting and mentoring junior estimators as the team grows
