Mechanical Design Engineer

Mechanical Design Engineer – To £50K + 26 days leave + 5% pension + full autonomy + variety.

Established in the UK over 25 years ago, this independently owned building surveying, project management, and construction consultancy is continuing to grow. Having set up a new MEP offering in 2023, this new M&E Design team now employs four M&E Design Engineers which consist of 1 x Electrical Director, 1 x Electrical Associate, 1 x Senior Electrical Engineer, and 1 x Senior Mechanical.

Due to growth, they now require an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to help support their Senior Mechanical Engineer. You’ll enjoy working on the design of a broad range of commercial office, mixed-use, and residential projects across the city and develop new skills in client advisory services such Pre-Acquisition Surveys, TDD (Technical Due Diligence), Condition Surveys, PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and Dilapidation Surveys.

Requirements

• Degree qualified and at least three years’ experience as HVAC Design Engineer.
• Previous experience working for a building services, multi-disciplinary engineering, or property consultancy.
• Familiar with a range of building services software such as Revit, Hevacomp or IESVE.
