Electrical Design Engineer – Oxfordshire – To £55K

Are you an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer based in Oxfordshire or Berkshire?

Due to growth, I have an opportunity with a well-established building services consultancy based in Oxfordshire. They operate a flat management structure, which means you’ll have direct access to the Partners and get plenty of autonomy.

You’ll enjoy a varied role consisting of design, site supervision, project management, and get to assist with fee bids and resource planning. This exposure will ensure you develop into a Senior Engineer quickly and that you are able to lead a project from concept to completion.

You will interact with the in-house MEP Design Engineers and Sustainability Engineers and get involved in both new build and complex refurbishment or decarbonisation projects in London. Whilst it will be your responsibility to attend their office a minimum of two days a week, any travel into London will be fully reimbursed.

In addition to receiving plenty of support, guidance, and mentoring from the Associates and Directors, you will also have access to a team of CAD Technicians and Junior Engineers to assist you.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Amtech and either AutoCAD or Revit
• Good MEP Coordination skills
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role, i.e., as a Graduate or Junior Electrical Design Engineer.
