Location: Essex

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Healthcare

As a Construction Information Technician, you will play a key role in supporting this award-winning Contractor’s commitment to delivering every project safely, on time, and within budget. Your work will help uphold the company’s reputation as a preferred contractor, ensuring the highest standards across all projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing project delivery (Construction & Building Services) by processing, creating, managing, coordinating, and sharing 3D information models. You will work closely with both the Fit-Out and Multi-Trade delivery teams to support effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and distribute 3D models using cloud-based BIM platforms
• Ensure up-to-date, accessible information across project teams
• Produce As-Built models and assist with model creation as needed
• Support BIM compliance and provide training on tools and processes
• Drive continuous improvement in digital workflows and model management

About You:

• Proficient in Revit, with experience in family creation
• Skilled in tools such as Navisworks, Inventor, Rhino, and Solidworks
• Confident using BIM platforms (BIM360, Revizto) and CDEs (Aconex, Viewpoint etc.)
• Experience working on the contractor’s side under BIM protocols
• Analytical, highly organised, and a strong communicator
