Working typically 3 days in the office (London or Surrey), this is an excellent opportunity to join an independent, employee-owned Building Services Consultancy where you can have a genuine influence on projects, people and the future direction of the business?
This established consultancy has ambitious but sustainable growth plans and an excellent reputation for delivering technically challenging projects. With a team of approximately 26, they are large enough to deliver significant schemes, yet small enough that your contribution will be visible and genuinely valued.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take technical ownership of projects from initial feasibility and concept design through detailed design, tender and construction.
Rather than simply managing from a distance, you will remain technically involved whilst developing client relationships and supporting and mentoring Graduate, Junior and Intermediate Engineers.
Projects are diverse and include Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Defence, Leisure, Residential and Public Sector, with the consultancy having a particularly strong reputation within Healthcare.
You will be involved with:
You should ideally be a degree-qualified Mechanical / Environmental or Building Services Engineer with good UK Building Services Consultancy experience. Why join?
Importantly, this is an Employee Owned Trust (EOT), giving employees the opportunity to benefit directly from the continued success of the business.
Alongside a competitive salary you will receive an annual Employee Owned Trust bonus, Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, pension, paid professional memberships, Cycle to Work Scheme and ongoing training and Chartership support.
You can be based from either Surrey or London with hybrid working available.
