I’m working with a unique Client that designs and delivers everything in-house. They operate predominantly within the retrofit, refurbishment and decarbonisation sectors. These markets continue to see significant investment, driven by sustainability targets, energy efficiency requirements and the need to upgrade existing building stock.
They have won multiple awards for innovation and energy efficiency, including featuring in the CIBSE Building Performance Awards. They are keen to add a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to the business who will work closely with the Directors and oversee the team.
With a team of 5 HVAC Design Engineers, they Design, Install, Commission and Maintain and employ around 100 employees as a business. This means better quality, tighter control, and no surprises on cost or time.
Typically you will work 1-2 days in the office / site and 2/3 days at home.
And when they do well, which is frequent, so do you as they offer 2 forms of Profit share circa. £10/25k annually and a tax-free bonus of £3,600 (EOT).
