We are working with leading international Clients delivering Hyperscale Data Centre Developments across Mainland Europe and are actively seeking M&E Building Services Professionals to join these high-profile builds.

The Opportunity:

You will play a key role in the delivery of complex, fast-paced Data Centre projects for Global Tech Clients. These are technically challenging environments requiring strong coordination, leadership, and engineering expertise.

Projects are based across multiple European locations, offering the chance to gain international experience while working with top-tier teams in the Mission-Critical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&E Packages from Pre-Construction through to Handover / Commissioning
• Coordinate Sub-Contractors and specialist vendors
• Ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are met
• Work closely with Design, Planning, and Commercial teams
• Drive delivery in line with strict project timelines and client expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• EU nationality strongly preferred to enable fast mobilisation
• Proven experience in M&E roles within Construction (Data Centres, Mission-Critical, or large-scale Commercial / Healthcare projects preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge across Mechanical and / or Electrical Building Services
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
