A leading MEP Building Services Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join the team on a flagship £90m MEP mixed-use development in London.
This is a technically challenging, high-profile scheme that will play a key role in modernising the UK’s justice system, delivering upgraded legal facilities while balancing heritage preservation, sustainability, and modern infrastructure.

The Role:
Reporting to the Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Mechanical construction delivery on site, leading subcontractors, coordinating with the wider project team, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
