The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to take a leading role within the pre-construction team. You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive Electrical estimates on complex building services projects, supporting bid strategy and contributing to the successful securing of new work. Demonstrating experience within Mission Critical / Data Centre space is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed electrical tenders and cost plans
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Develop accurate estimates across a range of project sizes and sectors
• Engage and negotiate with supply chain partners
• Contribute to value engineering, risk assessment, and bid reviews
• Support and mentor junior estimators as required

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Estimator within Building Services
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of electrical systems
• Experience working on complex projects from inception to tender submittal
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines
• Collaborative approach suited to a values-driven, employee-owned business
