With a strong pipeline of work secured for 2025 and 2026, this new role has been created as part of a strategic expansion plan not to fill gaps, but to strengthen an already successful commercial team.
The Business:
- Specialists in Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment
- Projects typically range up to £10m (M&E value)
- All work delivered within Central London, no long commutes or outer borough travel
- Forecasted turnover of £35m this year
The Role:
- Full commercial responsibility for a single high-profile project
- Supported by an Assistant QS, freeing you to focus on delivery, strategy, and value
- No micromanagement, report directly to a commercially sharp, supportive, and relaxed Commercial Director
