Are you an Electrical Estimator ready to step up into a Bid Lead / Bid Manager role?
This position offers the opportunity to remain hands-on with estimating while also taking a lead management role, overseeing other Estimators and the full pre-construction process. You will act as a key point of contact for the Client, managing queries and contributing strategically to bid submissions.
You will be a confident, client-facing professional, comfortable attending meetings, functions, and industry events. Clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to represent the business positively are essential.

You should have a minimum of 8–10 years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator, with demonstrable expertise across the full estimating lifecycle. This includes managing tenders from initial enquiry through all tender stages, leading tender review meetings, and final submission.
