An established, privately owned Building Services Contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager due to continued growth.

You will take full responsibility for delivering Mechanical packages typically on high-quality Commercial projects ranging from £1-8m, managing schemes from pre-construction through to final handover. The role offers genuine autonomy, supported by strong in-house Estimating, Design and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end mechanical project delivery
• Programme planning, cost control and reporting
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Coordinating with internal design and commercial teams
• Client liaison and site management
